Ø Senior resource with CTMS experience who can work independently as they migrate/integrate CTMS systems. They use Oracle Siebel so if the candidate has this experience, I can guarantee an interview. DO NOT SEND CANDIDATES without CTMS experience
Ø Must be able to lead other BAs on the team. Not as a manager but as a lead.
Ø Need to know clinical terms, processes, how clinical studies work, etc.
