DevOps Contractor (6++ months) HUDSON MA
Initial project work is to refactor and optimize Cloud (AWS) formation scripts.
AWS administration. Cloud operations.
Keys: Docker, Terraform, AWS SDK, python, etc.
Phone then In-Person
This person will be our key DevOps implementation and systems administrator on a SaaS IOT product
Device lifecycle management and reduce the complexity of maintaining large-scale device deployments in the Internet of Things (IoT).
In detail what we are looking for in a candidate is:
Refactor and optimize Cloud (AWS) formation scripts
Build and deploy SAAS and PAAS environments for development and production services.
Integrate, install, configure, test, and support applications for delivery of services Operation and configuration of virtual servers, development hosts, load balancing applications, and application hosting servers.
Troubleshoot operational and service delivery issues in a global enterprise environment.
Knowledge in using template languages for definition of infrastructure provisioning (AWS CFN)
Knowledge in using OpenSource projects for building and delivering web applications
Knowledge in Docker containers for building and deployment of applications
Hands on experience on
- Python, Cloud Operations : Backups, AWS Services Setup
- Automation - Build CFN Scripts, Setup Service Catalog, Boto3 AWS SDK, Terraform.
