HR BA Business Analyst_Hillsboro, OR

 

 

As our HR Solutions Business Analyst you will be responsible for work which is focused on the company's human capital. Promote and lead efforts to guarantee continuous process improvement, relevant and effective knowledge data base and adequate utilization of HR systems and tools. 

Work with the BA team to ensure consistent process and execution of project lifecycles.  Ensure that the BA role is understood within the framework of each project.

Assist BA's with escalations.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent BA practice across the HR portfolio.
  • Elicit requirements from business stakeholders related to HR processes.
  • Resolve Business Requirement questions through the duration of the Program
  • Translate technical issues into business impacts to support the business decision making process
  • Complete process documentation
  • Partner with technical teams to design the solution.
  • Create and facilitate User Acceptance Testing plan and execution
  • Defect Management through the testing cycle
  • Drive timely and quality delivery of defined scope
  • Communicate key decisions and corresponding impacts across teams to ensure integrated plans and solutions are delivered
  • Complete knowledge transfer to production support teams
  • Measure success against delivery KPI's

Requirements:

  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 6 years directly relevant work experience  Postgraduate certificate or degree would be a plus
  • Proven leadership skills. 
  • HR background with exposure/experience in aspects of HR including performance/compensation management, employee relations, training and development, recruiting/selection. 
  • Organization awareness. 
  • Good written and oral presentation / communication skills.
  •  Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
  • Typical Office: This is a typical office job, with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment.   
  • SAP HR experience
  • Facilitation across multiple teams
  • Time management
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues/solutions in business terms aligned to the business process.
