Job Details:
- Experience in RSA Archer administration and operational support on windows platforms in managing and maintaining a medium/large environment
- RSA Archer administration – Day to day administration and operations of Archer platform. Manage data feeds, workflow & reports access etc.
- RSA Archer - Hands on experience with operational support for (Install, configure, monitor and maintain server and operating system. Working experience on Installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
- RSA Archer: Troubleshooting, Investigating operational problems and provide work around and resolution /remediation. Provide assistance to Archer development team regarding issues with Archer platform access and deployments. .
- New application onboarding - Install, test and deploy new applications in Archer
- Version upgrade - Participate in and support Archer version upgrades.
- Expertise in WINS, DNS, DHCP & TCP/IP protocol suite and command line utilities
- Exposure to MS – IIS configurations and troubleshooting, and command line utilities.
- Provide technical support on Access issues and performance tuning
- Performing scheduled maintenance activities such as security patching, backups etc as required.
- Good understanding of working in distributed environment involving geographically located team and different time zones.
- Good business writing skills and effective presentations skills.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good to have :
- Experience with security concepts / exposure to security tools such as access management, regulatory compliance
- Experience and good knowledge & troubleshooting skills on MS Clusters
- Experience and exposure to VMware or similar tools with command line troubleshooting/configurations
