Work Location: Los Angeles, CA

Job Description:-
• Handling and monitoring Hyperion jobs
• Coordinating with different IT teams for managing inbound and outbound processes with respect to Hyperion jobs
• Raising SJM's for holding/releasing/cancelling job
• Creating Oracle SR to resolve any issue/bug
• Creating RCA for repeated issues
• Enhancement pertaining to Hyperion jobs
• Learning and supporting Cognos Command Center tool
• Handling servicenow tickets and coordinating with business users in requirements and ticket resolving
• User training on Smartview and application functionality, as required.
