My Client is looking for  NetApp Engineer

Job Title     :       NetApp Engineer

Location     :       Philadelphia, PA

Duration     :       12 Months (Chance of Extension)

Rate            :       $50/hr on C2C

 

Qualifications

Be part of a 24x7 storage support team with local and remote office team members.

Provide storage provisioning (NFS and iscsi), storage decommissioning, migration.

Administer NetApp FAS with current version ONTAP (7-mode and Cluster mode) management console; DataFabric Manager (DFM); Operations Manager and command line interfaces.

Provide and lead storage troubleshooting and tuning to meet customer requirements.

Analyze storage monitoring and alerting, taking proactive action on events to avoid outages.

Participate in storage "War Games" with customers to determine configurations and optimum architecture for their application requirements.

Work within the SRE team to support storage capacity management.

Work closely with customers for incident management and production support.

Add, modify, upgrade, manage NetApp hardware and software

Apply pertinent Security Technical Information Guides (STIG) as appropriate in coordination of Information Assurance (IA) policies and procedures

Create, modify, troubleshoot, manage Snapshots/Snapmirrors.
