Job Title: PeopleSoft Financial PUM Analyst
Location: NYC

Client is looking for two (2) PeopleSoft Financial PUM Analysts with experience in FSCM and / or HCM to perform business and system analysis of PUMs; develop functional specifications, documentation, build, and unit test in compliance with agency standards and procedures, and assist in functional testing of systems to deliver solutions to business users.
Critical Key Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in PeopleSoft and Support Analyst role
Detailed understanding of PeopleSoft 9.2 module in FSCM or HCM
Excellent oral, written, presentation, and communication skills
Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment
Qualifications Experience & Education:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in PeopleSoft and Support Analyst role

Responsibilities:
Assist the agency Finance area with PeopleSoft Functional / Support Analysis work in:
1) Analysis and related initiatives.
Perform analysis of business processes, business and system requirements and system configuration for the development and configuration of changes required for PUMs being implemented, that support business requirements
Design, build, and test scenarios that sufficiently meet current and future business requirements identified
Prepare functional reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
Develop and maintain technical and standard documentation for functional areas
development should be completed in a timely and high quality manner
Maintain system protocols by writing and updating functional procedures
Document As-Is and To-Be process flows for existing and future systems
Coordinate and facilitate meetings such as requirements, and various status reports
2) Adhere to a Standard Project Development Life Cycle approach
Develop and support critical project documentation throughout the project life cycle, from Initiation and Requirements stages through Design, Development, Test, Implementation and Closeout. This includes but is not limited to As-Is and To-Be process flows, Requirements Documentation, Design Documentation, Build Documentation, Unit Test result etc.
Support system integration testing, UAT, and implementation cutover testing
