Role: Ruby Developer
Location: Cincinnati OH
Duration: 6+ Months
MOI: Phone Screen + In Person
Experience: 6-8 years
USC/GC/GC EAD required
Required Skills:-
•3+ years professional software development experience with Ruby / Ruby on Rails
•Experience with modern Javascript frameworks and techniques (e.g. Angular), HTML5, CSS
•Familiarity with concepts of RESTful services.
•Test-driven development with RSpec, Capybara, Jasminen is desired
•Integration of data storage solutions (PostgreSQL, SQl Server, etc)
•Analytics: Exposure to R or Python or SAS will be a plus
•Any experience/ exposure to statistical modelling will be a plus.
•Excellent problem solving skills.
•Agile or Lean Software Development experience
•Participate in code reviews.
•Provide troubleshooting and root cause analysis for issues that are escalated by the team.
•Able to communicate with technical and non-technical resources
•Participate in technical documentation
