Location: Memphis, TN.

Summary for Java Developer:
Responsible for writing programs to maintain and control computer systems software for operating
systems, networked systems, and database systems
Responsible for creating the software application, and then fine-tuning the final program after it
has been made
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in computer science, MIS or related discipline
2 to 5 years experience in systems development
Skills and Competencies for Java Developer:
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal
skills
Ability to work independently and the possession of great time management skills
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities for Java Developer:
Develop enterprise level applications based on requirements provided in Agile User Stories using
the development tools described below:
Java J2EE development using Eclipse
Weblogic or Jboss
JUnit test scripts
Agile development experience is a real plus but not required
Candidates for this Java Developer position must be prepared to pass onboarding requirements of a
background check and drug test.
