application development (C#.Net, ASP.Net, VB.Net, and SQL Server) to be considered. Candidates with Umbraco and front end development move to the top of

Job Description:
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for partnering with all our clients departments to provide technical support related to interactive projects. Critical to this
position is the ability to communicate as high or low on the technical scale as the audience requires – clearly describing technical aspects in a non-technical way. Vital
to the success of this position is the ability to establish and maintain prosperous relationships with clients and our clients team members, and to decrease risk and
increase project profitability.
Department or Company responsibilities:
1. Execute projects with a focus on success and a high level of profitability
2. Develop good internal relationships
3. Stay current on web technology and the web industry. Share your knowledge with department, company and clients
4. Fit solutions into clients' budgets
5. Get all parties (BD, Account Management, Strategy, Integrated, PM, Design, Development, AND Client) to fully understand the solution and establish shared
vision
6. Work with the team to meet all internal and external milestone reviews.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have been an accomplished developer using several of the following technologies relevant to our client:
o HTML, PHP, .NET, Flash/ActionScript, XML, JavaScript, AJAX, SQL, or Webservices
Ability to offer solutions based on client needs while being technology agnostic.
Experience with Umbraco preferred
Must communicate technical jargon to non-technical people in an understandable way.
Proven, successful IT project management skills.
Exceptional oral and written communications skills.
Customer-oriented work ethic and ability to foster a sense of teamwork across all members of the project team extending to the customer.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and foster teamwork.
Organized, detail-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
Can execute a project using a standard software development life cycle (SDLC).
