Qualifications and Education Requirements
• 8 years of experience in an IBM WebSphere technical environment
• 5 years of experience in ITIM, TAM, and LDAP tuning
• 4 years of UNIX administration experience
• 4 years of Tivoli Directory Integrator (TDI) experience
• 2 years of experience in DB2 tuning in a Tivoli identity management system
• 2 years of Tivoli identity management software experience in a RHEL  environment
 
 Preferred  Skills
• 4 years of experience in Java development and knowledge of ITIM API's
• 4 years of experience in Communication and presentation of technical designs, patterns and solutions to technical audience
• IBM product certifications in ITIM ,TAM is preferred

Location: Tallahassee, FL
Duration: 15 Months Contract
Local to FL only -Must do In-Person Interview!!

Required skills:
  3 to 5 years of IT work experience in software development, installation and modification in an online Microsoft .NET environment (Lead Developer experience should be at least 5 years)
·         2 years of experience working with SQL Server 2008 database in a .NET environment
·         Experience in designing and optimizing SQL Server 2008 stored procedures.
·         Experience in developing and deploying .NET applications using an external authentication mechanism such as an Enterprise Single-Sign-On mechanism
·         Experience in designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer) along
·         Extensive knowledge of the .NET 3.5/4.0 Framework, including Visual Studio 2008, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ASMX and WCF Web Services, and ADO.NET.
·         Experience working with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)
·         Experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA) is desirable.
·         Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices.
·         Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and computer science foundations, such as memory management and low-level algorithm performance.
