Job Title: Performance Engineer

Location: East Hartford, CT / Bellevue, WA

Job Description:

o Single Point of Contact for all matters related to customer test engagement

o Person should have good project management experience
o Manages scope of test engagement
o Provides test management and guidance to the service provider test team for the duration of the project
o Facilitates communications with Performance and Scalability (PaS) project manager and technical lead
o Contributes to development and implementation of common QA Governance processes and associated reporting metrics
o In conjunction with Product Owner and IT Team; provides QA and automation effort by identifying applications that will benefit from automation
o Conducts test case prioritization with customer representatives and communicates with AFT Project manager and team lead
o Demos work results to the project team and any other parties
o Responsible for requirements definition
o Work with customer PM, AFT team lead, and finance to document, identify and address technical risks
o Test engagement status reporting to management, customers
o Test engagement planning leadership
o Ensure standard PaS processes are followed for the entire engagement lifecycle
o Ensure all deliverables are created per PaS standard processes
o Ensure all quality criteria are met for the entire engagement lifecycle
