The Iowa DOT is seeking a Software Developer/Programmer who, using VB.Net, can develop, maintain, and support code that automates various business processes. Experience in VB.Net and Oracle or Microsoft® SQL database is required.


LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED


The Software Developer/Programmer will communicate effectively and interact in a professional manner with Developers/Programmers, Analysts, and Business Unit staff.


A majority of the work will be analyzing work flow processes, heads down coding, and testing of the developed logic to produce the desired results. Knowledge and developer/programmer experience in VB.NET and Object Oriented development and working with relational databases is essential, as is the ability to clearly communicate and work well with others.


The candidate must be able to complete tasks/projects in a timely manner, without prompting. The candidate must continuously review their own work to ensure quality and create professional, thorough, error-free work that meets or exceeds DOT IT staff's expectations.


Knowledge, skill, and experience with SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, and mobile application development are pluses.

 مقدمة :  

في مارس  2016، تم إدخال تعديل جذري على المجموعة الاقتصادية فى

الحكومة المصرية .

وذلك بهدف مواصلة تنفيذ برنامجها للإصلاح الاقتصادي الساعي إلى رفع معدلات

النمو الاقتصادي وتعزيز مستوى التشغيل. وأحد أهم دعائم هذا الإصلاح الاقتصادي

هو إصلاح السياسة المالية العامة. ومن ثم ، تهدف وزارة المالية المصرية إلى تحديث نظام الضرائب ، حيث إن إحدى

الخطوات المهمة هي تطبيق نظام ضريبة القيمة المضافة عوضا عن نظام ضريبة

المبيعات الحالي. وفي هذا الإطار، تناقش الدراسة هيكل ضريبة المبيعات في مصر

والذي يتسبب في مشكلات مهمة مثل التشوهات الاقتصادية ، والتراكم الضريبي وعدم

عدالة النظام الضريبي نتيجة إعفاء العديد من الأنشطة من ضريبة المبيعات، وخاصة

في قطاع الخدمات. ومن ثم، فإن الخطوة الأولى لتطبيق ضريبة القيمة المضافة في

مصر هي حساب القاعدة الضريبية لها. وقد اختارت الدراسة حساب القاعدة الضريبية

لضريبة القيمة المضافة بإستخدام طريقتي الإنتاج والاستهلاك. وأظهرت النتائج فارقا

ضئيلا ا في تقديرات الطريقتين. وفي النهاية، تستعرض الدراسة بعض التوصيات

المقترحة حول نظام ضريبة القيمة المضافة الجديد وأسعار الضريبة لصانعي

. السياسات في مصرفتم تعديلا في قانون القيمة الضريبية المضافة عام 2016 ....
