Position: SAP Project Manager
Location: Ft. Worth, TX
Start date: 9/10/12

Description:
Candidates Must have:
Experienced in SAP Implementations (at least 1 Full Cycle)
Experienced in SAP Archiving - must have completed 1 Full Cycle (Do not send anyone that does not have archiving experience)
Successful Experience managing Corporate-wide projects
3+ Years of PM Experience
Excellent Microsoft Project skills
Other PM tool (i.e. Primavera, MS Project Server, etc) desirable
Excellent communication (verbal, written) skills
Experienced in PM Methodologies (ASAP, Waterfall, Scrum, etc)
CORE COMPETENCIES
Has held the role of Project Manager for SAP Projects (either full implementations or SAP operations)
Strong and proven understanding of SAP landscapes and terms
Able to create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Identifies resources needed and resolves resource conflicts
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Excellent communication skills - Written and Verbal
Facilitates team meetings effectively.
Holds regular project status meetings
Effectively communicates relevant project information.
Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
Understands his audience and is able to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
Technical Understanding
Knowledge and experience in using detailed project management tools and able to model "what if" scenarios using these tools
Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint a plus
Actual SAP functional or technical experience is a plus
