Year of Exp: 5-8 yrs

1) Expertise in SIP, MGCP, SS7(ISUP,TCAP,SCCP),Sigtran (M3ua), DNS, ENUM , diameter protocols

2) Expertise in Media Gateway Controller, Trunking Gateway, STP. (MGC/MGW: preferrably Metaswitch, STP: Preferrably PT)

3) Expertise in manual, semi automated/automation testing.

4) Expertise in writing Test plan, Call flow design using visio.

5) Experience in scripting (SipP, TCL/TK / perl )

6) Experience in Online charging , offline charging and billing platforms.

7) Experience on SBC (Preferrably Metaswitch ), Voicemail.

8) Experience on network migration.

9) Experience on installtions in lab

10) Good testing and debugging skills.

11) Strong knowledge on TCP/IP model.

12) Strong Knowledge of Packet Cable 2.0 high level architecture, cable modems, CMTS.

13) Strong knowledge on Class 5 , Class 4 Features and call flows

14) Knowledge on IP networking concepts.

Required Skills :

· 3-4 years of experience in developing test automation scripts (hands on experience a must)

o Recent hands on experience with writing Selenium scripts using Java. (No record and Play)

o Should have good understanding of core Java and ability to write automation code for functional test automation using Selenium

o Should have Knowledge of Log4J or Jlog or Splunk

o Should have knowledge on how to setup and run the tests for multiple browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome and Safari)

o Should have knowledge on continuous integration and tools like Jenkins or Bamboo

o Should have exposure with PageObjects pattern

PREFERRED SKILLS:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Independently determine and develop approaches to solutions. Assist with complex problems regarding testing approaches, application knowledge, and technical knowledge.

• Document and summarize test results and report findings.

• Develop and provide testing metrics and reports for the QA dashboard to effectively communicate test status to the test team and management.

• Troubleshoot and resolve or recommend solutions to a diverse range of Complex software testing problems. Use judgment within defined policies and practices (includes software and technical documentation solutions).
