ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -  Daily Tasks will include but not limited to the following:

1. •             Mentoring and training of state .Net development staff
2. •             Architect high performance services to accurately and securely transmit data to and from CDX 
3. •             Perform code reviews for maintainability, best practices, performance and security
4. •             Rapid design and development of services as POC for delivery of CDX data to outside applications
5. •             Designing and implementing changes to the SSP application to send and receive data of SSP into CDX for delivery of SDX data
6. •             Work with the SSP team on pre-conversion activities to get SSP ready to use CDX in place of SDX
7. •             Design and develop solutions for issues as they are reported in production applications

MANDATORY SKILL/ EXPERTISE: - Please make sure your candidates meet all requirements below. 

• 96 months experience designing application architecture, developing & deploying medium to large, n-tier asp.Net Web apps using vb.net web services working in the title of application architect.
• 60 months acting in advisory role to IT management as an expert in Web application architecture, software evaluation, POC, and mentoring developers in areas such as system architecture, design patterns, common system utilities, and secure Web application coding working in the title of application architect.
• 72 months development experience using Oracle and PL/SQL Packages, with experience in of PL/SQL programming.
• 36 months experience designing and coding REST services.  
• 48 leading a development team utilising principles of the agile methodology
• 72 months experience analysing and writing formal documentation of business processes and workflows, documenting application architecture and best practices for developers to follow, working with non-technical staff to develop system specifications and resolve problems and mentoring developers in GUI design working in the title of application architect.
• 72 months development experience using with the following concepts and technologies: Object Oriented Analysis, Design and Development
• 60 months experience coding to meet web application security protocols
• 36 months experience architecture, developing and implementing projects related to social services (for example, Food Stamps, Medicaid, HEAP, TANF, etc).
• Bachelor's Degree
