Job Title      :          SAP FI/CO Configuration

Location      :          Miami, FL

Duration     :         6 + Months

Rate             :          $50/Hr

 

Description:

As an SAP FI/CO Configurator you will assist in the configuration and design and delivery of the SAP finance modules with plant maintenance and SRM extended classic scenario and SRM procurement for my

 

client.

Responsibilities:

Assist with upgrading the SAP finance modules from ECC 6 EHP 3 to ECC 6 EHP 8.

Configure the CO (Cost Accounting) module to work with Plant Maintenance.

Configure, test, and validate settlement (closure) of plant maintenance work orders where the funding structures are actually debited for the expense.

Configure or write the functional spec to allow plant maintenance work orders to encumber funding upon creation of the WO, to set WO limits, and allow updates to WO limits.

Configure or write the functional spec for the plant maintenance work order approval chain.

Assist the HR resource with the integration of plant maintenance work order time with the HR/payroll system.

Configure SAP Finance Modules with SRM Extended Classic and SRM Procurement for Public Sector.

Configure SAP Finance Modules with Plant Maintenance.

 

Qualifications:

SAP ECC configuration experience in integrating the SAP finance, cost accounting, and funds management modules with plant maintenance and SRM extended classic.

K-12 experience is desirable.

Good working knowledge of at least two core modules FI, CO, FM, GM

Documentation of experience in testing and implementation.

Role: Business Analyst With Design Tabulation
Location: 800 Lincoln Way Ames Iowa 50010
Duration: 12 Months

The Strategic Business Analyst skilled at to writing detailed specifications in Microsoft Word for a web application, "Design Tabulation".  This web application will be both internal and external to the DOT.  This person will be working with Project Leads from the Office of Design as well as other offices within the DOT.  This person will need to coordinate with these stake holders to get an understanding of the processes involved.  This person will also have to work with the Highway Support Team to ensure that the specifications are following DOT IT standards.
This effort encompasses over 200 Design Tabs.  Each Design tab has defined fields, datatypes, rules, requirements, calculations and other automated processes completed by the Project Leads. Each Design tab will work independently but be compiled into a Design Plan for a project number. 
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of team members
Strong ability to work effectively within time constraints, changing priorities, and independently

Required / Desired Skills
Demonstrated experience gathering requirements for an application development project - Required 8 Years
Ability to interpret customer requirements, lead/participate in data mapping sessions with customer, recommend solutions and document data mapping req - Required 5 Years
Ability to interact with customer to verify business rules and/or clarify data analysis - Required 5 Years
Analyze and document business processes and flows - Required 5 Years
Documents, analyzes and proposes process changes or re-engineering approaches based on an understanding of technical problems and solutions - Highly desired 5 Years
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Including Intermediate in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio - Required 3Years
Experience updating scope document and helping to determine timelines and project phases - Highly desired 2Years

Solid ABAP Developer that strong development experience in MM, specifically the Procure to Pay process. 

Description: 
The ideal candidate for this role would have at least 7 years of focused ABAP development experience in MM. Must have strong communication skills and previous experience on large implementation projects.
