Required: 
Very good knowledge of Oracle Access Manager 10g
Web Access Management
Identity Federation (experience with PingIndentity preferred)
Very good knowledge of LDAP
Knowledge of Apache WebServers and WebLogic Application Servers
Knowledge of Single sign on concepts.
Knowledge of Authentication and authorization concepts.
