MANDATORY SKILLS:
1.Oracle Database Administration, Database backup and recovery, RMAN
2.Different migration methodologies and their implementation
3.Oracle database upgrade and migration for 9i/10g/11g from Solaris/Linux to AIX
4.OS: Solaris/Linux/AIX
5.ASM and suitable oracle architecture from OS prespective
6.Shell scripting
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
1. Must be self-motivated with strong sense of ownership
2.Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
3.Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Must be able to effectively communicate to the executive level.
