Position : Project Manager w/Call center
Location : St Louis, MO
Duration : 18+ Months Contract
Must-haves
5-7 Years of Infrastructure Project Management Experience
Previous work history working in the financial sector
Ability to report status and gather requirements from senior executive stakeholders
Call center specific project experience (implementation, relocation or technical upgrade)
Strong understanding of call center performance metrics, routing and workflow
Equally strong knowledge of call center technology and infrastructure

The main responsibility of this role is to relocate call centers that currently reside in the United States to offshore facilities and to be there to help this process along every step of the way. Working through the initial plan as far as technology and infrastructure as well as through the process workflow of the call center will be essential keys to project completion. Additionally the ability to work through regulatory changes, restrictions, risk controls and several other factors along the way will challenge successful completion. Senior PM's very comfortable with complex projects and multiple moving parts will take this project on well
