Job Title: Siebel Developer
Location: Iselin, NJ
Duration: 6-12 Months

EAD, GC or US Citizen

Siebel Developer / Analyst Responsibilities:
Lead proof of concept implementations for new system integrations and new technologies.
Participate in prototyping, design, implementation, QA phases of project lifecycle.
Provide leadership on technical issue resolution and project delivery.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development process, tools and best practices.
Provide team leadership through mentoring, collaboration and development activities.
Author technical documentation.
Other duties as required.
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science/Info Systems or equivalent experience
5 or more years of application configuring/developing experience using Siebel Applications
Must be highly proficient with Siebel Tools, Siebel Data Model, Siebel Workflow, Siebel eScript, Siebel Business Service, Siebel Assignment Manager and Siebel Data Auditing.
Provide strong technical leadership, identify technical tasks and timelines, participate in team meetings and resolve issues while managing day-to-day development/configuration/integration activities.
Work with Business Users/Project Managers to drive out technical requirements.
Develop detail technical designs for changes to Siebel objects and external interfaces.
