The ideal candidate will have the following skills or abilities:

Excellent written and verbal and non-verbal communications skills\

Micro-Soft desktop experience

Rational Suite (RequisitePro, ClearQuest.) experience

Healthcare industry experience

Rigorous healthcare analytical capabilities 

Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments

Able to lead small groups

Good organization and planning skills

Strong problem solving, interviewing and fact finding skills

Customer Service focused, previous consulting experience a plus

Take charge personality adept at making quick fact-based decisions

Ability to multi-task and drive solutions

Requirements Management 

Rational Unified Processing (RUP) experience.  

DELIVERABLES:

Complete set of approved requirements 

Upload and tagging of all approved requirements in RequisitePro

Creation of Project status documents (i.e. updates, project portfolio presentations, project plans 

Creation of documentation to include communications to BCBS Plans and working papers for the FEP Board of Managers, executive summary 

documents for FEP Senior Level Management
