Description
This position is responsible for the planning, installation, administration and support of Enterprise applications hosted by the Division of Enterprise Technology – Application Hosting Tools Section. This position provides technical support for Agencies that are using enterprise services such as IIS, MS Exchange 2007, E-Fax, Sharepoint, MS Lync, Citrix, FTP (File Transfer Protocol), Distributed Batch, Web Analytics, Web Search, Mediasite and other application hosting services provided by DET. Systems Administrator capabilities with 5 years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, performs a variety of complicated tasks, a degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Information Technology - Applications
Experience supporting a large customer base (1500+ employees) working multiple locations	5+ Yrs.
Experience supporting and troubleshooting final production migrations	0 (No Familiarity) of 5 (Expert) and 5+ Yrs.
Rightfax - Demonstrated knowledge and use of this technology	5+ Yrs.
Server & End User Support - Email	0 (No Familiarity) of 5 (Expert) and 5+ Yrs.
Information Technology - Operating Systems
Microsoft IIS 7	5+ Yrs.
Microsoft Windows 2008 Server	5+ Yrs.
Monitor and maintain software and hardware for optimal performance	0 (No Familiarity) of 5 (Expert) and 5+ Yrs.
