"At this time we're only looking for candidates with HP PPM. We've decided that CA Clarity experience is not an acceptable substitute.
We need a senior developer with solid functional understanding who can also offer guidance in blueprinting next stage
Job Description
• The following are key requirements or tasks a typical PPM Consultant would be responsible to do, while on a services engagement: This position could lead to a direct hire.
• Ability to gather customer business requirements, understand PPM server setup, configuration, Oracle install, DBA support, training, UAT and final hand off of the PPM tool to the client.
• At least 5 years of experience with HP PPM administration, configuration, development, functional versions starting with at least v7.x. Current Version is 9.2.
• Installs and configure all HP PPM modules for clients
• Experience with HP PPM Product Upgrades & Migrations
• Working experience with ALL PPM Modules (Demand, Project, Deployment, Time, Resource, Financial, Program, Portfolio Mgmt)
• SAP or Oracle Deployment Ext. a PLUS
• Mobile Ext. a PLUS
• Trains and supports both PPM administrators and end-users of the PPM application for all modules while following best-practices.
• LDAP Integrations
• 3rd Party Integrations (MS Project/SharePoint)
• HP ALM/QC or Service Management Integration a PLUS
• ORACLE and PL/SQL query writing and data extraction to support custom reporting and dashboard/portal development
• Deploy and maintain custom dashboards and portlets customized to meet client needs.
• Ability to develop custom reporting around all PPM Modules
• Ability to develop request types and workflows to support the PMO's procedures for project proposals, approved projects, and portfolio management processes.
• Configure and provide end-user support for all PPM module implementations.
• Ability to modify Project types, request types and workflows in order to tighten process controls around project management, cost management, and time
• management reporting.
• Trouble-shoots issues and provides knowledge sharing with both administrators and end-users.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical infrastructure issues.
• Provide support and assistance for upgrade and service pack installs
