Targeted Skills & Competencies:
Knowledge of BRMS based systems with end to end integration. Experience with: ILOG Jrules 6.7.x ODM 8.5 (a plus) Integration Patterns Spring Webservices and SOA based architecture AIX 7.x Linux Websphere Application Server 6.x, 7.x XML/XSLT JUnit Soap UI Tomcat Spring Batch Oracle 11g

Expected Responsibilities:
The production support lead will be responsible for end to end support of mission critical platform. 24x7 Production support for Business Rules Platform Lead production support team with onsite/off shore model Support maintanance activties Monitor production systems for capacity management and optimization Major/minor release management Production Incidents analysis & resolution Collaborate with Integration, QA and Release management teams Document and maintain production related processes, system specifications etc

Tasks and Responsibilities: -
Manage production support team
24x7 Production support
 Release support
Develop knowledge base for ongoing releases & processes Suggested Experience & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience. 8-10 years in IT with 2+ years in BRMS and 1+ in Ilog Jrules or ODM. Production support experience or managing systems in maintanance mode. Leading teams in onshore/off shore model. Financial services experience desired.
