 Title: Sr. Business Analyst

Duration: Long Term
Location: Detroit, MI

Support and streamline Pharmacy Network processes/initiatives. Selected person will be responsible for:

• Developing, creating, documenting and updating current job aids, policy & procedures, flow charts, Q&A documents, pharmacy headquarter lists, letters to pharmacies, forms, PowerPoint presentations and materials/manuals.
• Scheduling and attending necessary meetings, while documenting meeting minutes, creating meeting agendas, as well as performing task follow-up on action items and tasks.
• Helping to facilitate meetings, when applicable.
• Managing multiple project documents simultaneously. 
• Assisting with the establishment, development and improvement of new/current processes as directed.  
• Managing, developing and collaborating with other internal areas as needed for tasks, plans, deliverables and communications.
• Other communication documentation and process-oriented tasks as assigned.

 
Person should possess:

• Minimum of 2 years of health care environment experience; pharmacy (retail and/or PBM setting) preference.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and SharePoint. 
• Demonstrate ability to work independently or with little direction, handle multiple projects simultaneously and assume responsibility for meeting deadlines.
