REQ: Peoplesoft 9.1Developer - Troy,MI.

Title:                     PeopleSoft Developer

Rate:                    $ 70.00/hr.

Location:             Troy, MI

Duration:             Until the end of the year with extensions

 

The reason for this role is to backfill our Production Support activities on Peoplesoft Financials.  We are currently on Peoplesoft 9.1. We will be applying 10 Bundles to our environment.

 

The developer will be responsible for the remediation of code caused by customizations. 
  

• Good understanding of Financials concepts and working knowledge of PeopleSoft AR, Projects, Contracts, Billing, AP, and GL.
• Experience with SQR, PeopleCode, nVision, App Engines, Integration Broker and other Peoplesoft development tools.
• Advanced SQL skills and knowledge of Financials data models.
• Knowledge of Stat from Quest.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task many issues at once.
• Must have a high level of integrity and a strong desire to work within a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. Must be flexible to adapt to changing priorities and requires minimal supervision.

QUALIFICATION:

• At least 8 years in software business analysis, testing, or related IT experience, with at least 5 years of development experience in PeopleSoft
• BS or MS/MBA in Computer Science, MIS, Business or equivalent education/training/experience
• Experience with PeopleSoft AR, AP and GL is required.
• Must be well versed in SQR, Peoplecode, and App Engines.
• Experience with nVision and Integration Broker is a plus.
• Experience working directly with end users to gather requirements and solve cases is important.  Good communication skills are a must.
