FINANCE PROJECT MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for: Planning/Forecasting
• Managing and executing the seasonal and individual campaign planning and forecasting of CRM sales and unit impact on the business
• Working with internal partners to manage the allocation of product associated with CRM campaigns
• Assisting VP of CRM in developing strategic and tactical seasonal CRM plans
• In conjunction with internal marketing partners, developing CRM plans with audience targets, contact frequency, offer, communication and testing recommendations.
• Testing and rollout P&L's
• Perform financial analysis of marketing campaigns/initiatives to impact top-line and bottom-line results and support senior management decision-making
• Analyzes and projects the financial performance of marketing initiatives in comparison to established goals. Identifies, assesses, and communicates issues affecting profitability, budget spend, and CRM.
• Responsible for weekly, monthly, seasonal reporting of results of marketing campaigns vs. budget/projections; leads as hoc deep dives independently

• Leading various ad-hoc and hindsight reporting
• Performing ad-hoc analysis to support strategy recommendations
• Trending of customer metrics (response, spend, trips etc.); interpreting those metrics to provide insight and action steps to senior leadership

QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong analytical skills and an understanding of the direct marketing industry
• Proven capacity to manage multiple and competing demands/projects and deliver against aggressive goals.
• Superior communication skills, both written and oral, with emphasis on ability to succinctly present recommendations and results to senior leadership.
• Capacity to work in an ever-changing environment.
• Demonstrated skill in utilizing spreadsheets to perform sophisticated analyses
• BA/BS or equivalent experience required
• MBA/Masters preferred
• 10-12 years direct marketing and database planning and/or financial analysis experience, management experience
• Fashion experience preferred.
