Business Analyst  Needed In CT for 1+ Year Contract !!

 

This is year + assignment for a BA with Recent and demonstrable IAM experience in New Haven, CT.

• Identity and Access Management (IAM) Experience
• Prior experience working in a Security organization in support of a large enterprise
• Experience with provisioning of Security Access
• Understanding of IAM processes, technologies, standards and industry best practices
• Direct IAM experience is required - (requirements, features, tools, policies, standards, practices)
• Role Based Access Control/ Role Engineering experience is a differentiator
• Lead the Planning and Analysis phases of IAM initiatives
• Author Requirements documents and Use Case documents
• Experience conducting IAM focus groups with internal customers

General Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of Business Analysis experience with strong user interaction and full lifecycle business analysis
• Essential skills in data mapping and analysis, gap analysis and system analysis
• Experience with requirements management tools required (HPQC a plus)
• A solid understanding of software development life cycles methodologies e.g. SDLC, Agile and Waterfall
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation
• Executive Level interpersonal relationship building, collaboration and facilitation skills
• General understanding and application of various business process improvement methodologies, techniques, and tools (BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, etc…)

Plusses include:

• CBAP certification, ASQ, Lean and/or Six Sigma
• SQL queries, data analysis
• Experience working with data warehouses or databases
• Experience with integrations
