Position:Business Analyst

Location: Farmington, CT

Duration : 6 Months contract to start with

 

Job Description:

 

Mandatory Skills: Perl; SQL Server 2008; Stored Procedures; PL/SQL; XML; XSD; Good understanding of Benefits/Group Insurance;

 

* Good understanding of the Insurance (Life/Group) data structure and rules surrounding products and claims

* Good understanding of a Group product enrollment and maintenance life cycles including re-enrollment

* Should work with the architect and be able to define flexible data model which supports multiple LOBs

* Good communication is a must and should be able to work with the business and understand insurance terms
