Rate: $60/hr on C2C all incl.
Description:
*Lead developer experience. The ability to provide direction and mentoring to other developers on a project using the tools described above.
*Ability to transform business requirements through functional/technical analysis into technical specifications and design
*Build application programs based on technical specifications, test and implement systems; Support the SDLC process through post-implementation Support
*Ability to perform Web/SQL development tasks relating to the support, maintenance, and implementation of new and existing applications.
*Ability to understand business processes & to be customer focused. Experience working in both traditional and agile development environments.
*Demonstrated experience developing complex transactional applications using role-based security management.
Skills Required:
ASP.net, VB.net, and Object Oriented Programming within a Service Oriented Architecture
Visual Studio Team Edition, Team Foundation Server within a Service Oriented Architecture
.Net Framework 2.0 and above, jQuery within a Service Oriented Architecture

Strong T-SQL skills with extensive query and stored procedure development with SQL Server 2005 or above.
Develop and Consume Web Services
XML, Java Script & VB Script
Strong T-SQL skills with extensive query and stored procedure development with SQL Server 2005 or above.
SQL Database design/development.
SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) using Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or above
SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) using Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or above
Prior experience working in the Government Sector.
Experience with C# a plus
Experience with Business Process/Workflow solutions; Mobile computing/Mobile Apps; Rules Engines
