Job Title	Technical Lead/Service Lead – .net
Experience/Location	6 - 8 yrs. / Canton, MA
Job Skills
Must have at least 6+ years' experience in designing, development through to production. Must have customer facing skills and worked in similar roles at onsite. Should have worked on onsite-offshore model and should be able to handle offshore team remotely. Extensive hands-on experience in C#, .Net 3.5 or higher and asp.net web applications. Should have experience working web application projects Should have experience handling module design. Strong in practical application of software engineering with experience in defining and performing thorough and exhaustive unit, integration and system testing. Experience working in web application production support project is a plus Experience working in any CMS platform is nice to have.
Role Details
The role is onsite service lead for the web application support team. This person would be responsible for running day-day support and operations of the website. It will involve in understanding the business domain, CMS tool, responding to customer complaints, technology and troubleshooting issues. This person is also responsible to work with offshore to resolve issues, deliver enhancements and release management working with other vendors.
