Duration: 6+ months
Description:
· Support and troubleshooting technical issues
· Desktop Build/Disposal, Tagging of Desktops
· End User Data Migration
· Software Installation, Hardware repair
Job Requirements:
· 3-5 years Expertise in the Desktop-
· Good knowledge of Windows OS and should have worked on similar projects
· Ability to analyze and solve technical problems.
· Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Skills Required:
· Should have ITIL Awareness
· Windows Vista, Win 7, Win 8, Knowledge is required
· Proficient in windows Desktop Operating Systems administration
· ITIL- SACMKey criteria for evaluation.
