Job Description:
· Participation in requirements gathering and analysis of requirements
· Validation of business rules
· Source system analysis and identification of potential data quality issues
· Come up with enterprise data models including data model for Staging, ODS, EDW and Data Marts
· Has in-depth knowledge in Retail Data Modeling
· Experience in Oracle Retail Data Model
· Should consider the database and tools used in the project to come up with the physical data models
· Performance aspects needs to be considered during data modeling
· Provide solution architecture guidance and technical support during implementation phase of the project
· Interaction with multiple teams who would be using the data model
· Should be capable of analyzing existing data models and come up with the potential issues with the model
· Identifies and solves process challenges through simulation of scenarios, analysis of performance metrics and advanced optimization techniques.
Qualification:
· Must have min 10 years of IT Experience
· experience in DW/BI Projects
· 5+ years of experience in retail data modeling for DW/BI Projects
