Local Candidates only !! Must be able to go for in-person interview ASAP Strong Oracle, PL/SQL Experience required

Experience in gathering and translating system requirements into applications.

Experience documenting business requirements and processes, defining business functions, defining entities and attributes, normalizing and creating Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), and defining business units.

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science and 10 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
