JOB DESCRIPTION

·                Implementation experience on Coupon management process using SAP CRM 7.0

·                Supported the design and implementation of campaign management solution leveraging SAP CRM 7.0 to facilitate the end to end process of creating coupon campaign offers.

·                Configured and delivered the Status profiles for automation of the workflow process of approving coupon offers.

·                CRM Action Profiles functionality for automation of campaign status updates and email notifications.

·                5 – 7  years of experience in SAP CRM marketing module

·                Good Communication skills
