Job Description:
· Minimum of 4 years of experience working with BMC Atrium CMDB and ADDM
· Must have development experience with BMC Atrium CMDB version 8.x and experience integrating Atrium CMDB with multiple federated data sources
· Able to provide application support for the configuration, customization, and administration of the Atrium CMDB and ADDM applications
· Must have a good working knowledge of Service Desk processes (incident and problem management)
· Familiarity and experience with other BMC tools, such as ProactiveNet, Atrium Orchestrator, or BladeLogic highly desired
· Familiarity with or ITIL certifications preferred
· Proficient in managing ADDM, CMDB, and integrations to the Atrium CMDB.
· Strong organizational skills, ability to work with multiple groups to perform Application mapping with multiple groups.
· BMC ADDM Developer/Administrator
· Able to write TPL scripts
