Position: Business Analyst with SAAS & Telecom Exp.
Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: 9 Months
Responsibilities:
1) Interact with Client's internal stakeholders, Client's customers to identify the product requirements
2) Be able to articulate the requirements to Client's technical teams including architects, operations, developers and testers
3) Be able to document and track the requirements in JIRA
4) Provide guidance on relative importance of tasks
5) Participate in sprint planning and sprint retrospectives
Key Technical Skills:
1) Experience/expertise in telecom and billing mediation products
2) Experience with creating SaaS products
3) Experience in product management with agile teams.
4) Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams for product delivery
Desired Skills:
1) Experience with JIRA, green hopper, confluence
2) JAVA integration layer experience
