Experience:
• 5-6+ years experience in Siebel Marketing, UCM, Sales and Service
• 5-6+ years experience in Siebel Tools 7.x and higher
• Experience with Siebel UCM desired
• Experience with Oracle and SQL server database desired
• Experience with Fusion desired
• Experience with Trillium data quality tools desired
• Experience creating Service requests with Oracle Support
Knowledge, skills & abilities:
• Preferred experience with Siebel 8.x
• - Must have configuration experience with Siebel Workflows and Business Services
• - Must have experience with Siebel scripting
• - Must have experience with Siebel EAI, Integration objects
• - Must have a good understanding of Siebel data model
• Functional experience with data analysis desired
• - Functional experience with one of the one or all methods of Siebel data loads, EIM, EAI, Business Services, Web Services desired
• - Experience with PL/SQL and MS SQL desired
• Ideal candidates must have desire to learn new processes and technologies
