Tableau Analyst Temporary Position

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SQL report writer for a 2+ month project. The primary purpose of this role will be querying, validating, and analyzing data collected from millions of financial transactions. The report writer will assist in the analysis, planning, design, and creation of Tableau Dashboards. This position will also document detailed specifications for each reporting including both the technical specifications as well as the summary of the report.

Requirements

·         Creating advanced SQL queries for reporting and support troubleshooting

·         Intermediate Tableau experience

·         Deep understanding of data modeling and data mapping

• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong attention to detail
• High proficiency in Excel required and proficiency in VBA preferred

 Pluses

·         Financial experience a big plus

• Strong statistical/analytic skills

·         A desire to learn about continuous improvement, quality management , and business analytics

 

Degree

·         Bachelor's degree in related course of study
