· Demonstrates expertise writing testable code and unit tests
· Writes clear/readable code that adheres to applicable coding standards, requires minimal rework/editing and is re-usable
· Critically reviews, analyzes, interprets, and synthesizes information/data
· Is able to learn and apply new technologies skills or concepts
· Fulfills commitments to team members
