Job Description:

We are looking for a technical writer to assist in the development of Run Books for the BHP Team.
The candidate should have an understanding of IT Support Operations processes. Scope includes: Field Services Support, AD, Print Queue Mgmt, Asset Mgmt as well as a few other areas.
Candidate is not expected to be hands on technical, but able to understand the processes enough to develop a Run Book with input and content from other team members.
