Big Data in the environment.
 
This is an Applications DBA requiring Oracle and Siebel Experience
Application Database Administrator key roles and responsibilities will include:
O Deliver and troubleshoot an international high availability, service based solution
o Define and assure architecture, design, and programming standards are followed
o Code in PL/SQL, Unix/Linux and other scripting languages
o Configure Siebel eMedia 8.1.1 to meet business and architectural requirements
o Continuous database performance analysis and tuning
o Continuous application performance analysis and tuning
O Coordinate with the hardware and OS teams for Linux/Windows/Web server configuration
o Coordinate with Oracle DBA team on base RDBMS configuration
o Environment management – validation, documentation, access control
o Interface with other technical personnel or team members to validate and finalize requirements
o Remain current on industry standards and advances within area of expertise (Oracle RDBMS, Master Data Management, Customer Relationship Management)

 

Basic Qualifications:
o 8 - 15 years relevant experience in Oracle RDBMS and Siebel
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, math or equivalent technical discipline or equivalent technical experience.
