Looking for Hyperion Developers that are in the Northeast (MA, RI, CT, NH, ME, VT,NY,NJ ) and will be able to appear for an IN PERSON interview after a PHONE interview.
6+ Months Contract
General Functions
• Evaluation of the technical environment requirements needed for development and testing activities
• Analyze any issues and assist in identifying technical solutions
• Provide the necessary technical support during the integration, validation of testing results and incident resolution
• Interfaces with vendors and acts as liaison and primary point of contact for assigned systems.
• Work closely with Business Analyst, QA engineers and Architects to implement application components.
• Works effectively on cross-functional teams and under the direction of a Project Manager or technical lead.
• Ensures new features are implemented according to specs.
• Assists in the definition and configuration of Hyperion applications.
• Evaluates alternatives for deploying, patching, and supporting applications in a managed environment.
• Provides post-implementation technical support.
Requirements
Technical Knowledge:
• Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
• SQL Server, Oracle development.
• C++, Java development platforms
Functional Knowledge:
Knowledge of principles, concepts, models, and standards of financial applications and products. Expert knowledge of all or some of the following products:
• Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), DRM and DRG applications
Other Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Excellent communications skills – both verbal and written
• 5+ year experience working in financial industry or with financial projects.
• Proven track record for working in large scale projects.
• Solid analytical, research, writing and interpersonal skills with strong ability to work effectively with firm personal at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work with other teams and projects
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Detailed understanding of project lifecycles.
• ETL experience for Hyperion
