Job Title: Build Release / Continuous Integration Engineer

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Job Description
This position calls for the application of your knowledge of software build and release methodologies as you will own the ongoing planning, build, packaging, dependency management, and release of software from multiple Yahoo Small Business product teams. In addition, your development skills are required for designing and implementing tools to automate and measure the release engineering processes.

• Create, manage, and support Yahoo Small Business product builds and releases for all environments from ground up

• Set up and manage Jenkins farm

• Bachelor degree in IT, CS, or equivalent

• 8+ years of experience as a Linux/Unix release engineer

• Proven experience developing software build, deployment plan, package dependency management and strategies

• Experience with Jenkins

• Experience with GitHub

• Expert scripting skills such as Shell scripting or Perl

• Experiences with Maven and GNU make.

• Experience with continuous integration systems and post build steps.

• Expert skills building, packaging and distribution of signed packages written in Java, C++ and NodeJS
