Key Responsibilities and Scope of Activities:
• Define the principles to guide solution decisions for the enterprise;
• Coordinate infrastructure architecture implementation and modification activities;
• Document all infrastructure architecture design and analysis work;
• Lead, monitor and troubleshoot the Infrastructure performance;
• Create and manage Infrastructure matrices;
• Design, implement and manage monitoring across all Infrastructure components;
• Provide estimates, work plan, capacity plan for upgrades, expansion and new capability releases;
• Key point of contact with infrastructure vendors and internal service providers regarding infrastructure, network and security incident case management.

Qualifications:
• Demonstrated infrastructure management experience in a geographically dispersed, high availability, virtualized, environment (Oracle Engineered Systems Preferred);
• Experienced with Oracle systems configuration [Exadata/Exalogic] – PreferredExperienced in technical project leadership and strategy development in a large state or Fortune 500-sized organization;
• Experienced in an Outsourced/Managed Services and/or Cloud-based providerenvironment;
• Proficient in ITIL processes;
• Demonstrable understanding of architectural principles and best practices;
• Experienced in developing technical documentation on applications and systems;
• Proven ability to work with both technical and business-oriented teams;
• Experienced in developing comprehensive technical strategy deliverables for bothapplication and infrastructure environments;
• Experienced with interface batch architectures and third-party "bolt on" applications.
