Need Business Analyst (Visa copy is MUST)

Position : Business Analyst

Location : Sunnyvale, CA

Duration : 6+ Months

 

Required: 

a) Strong HR and Recruitment application knowledge to support HR Core business and recruitment function.  Experience with at least one of these HRMS products: Peoplesoft, SAP HR, Oracle HCM, Workday, etc.

B) Required: Database Development experience.  SQL knowledge with RDMS - Oracle, Sybase, etc.

C) Required: Strong verbal and written communication skills; 

D) Experience in SDLC process, Writing BRD and FSD for custom built product with UX design; Ability to work with Dev team to deliver what's required to meet the user requirement.
