Rate: $/hr on c2c
Job Description:
•3-5 years experience in business analysis techniques and database design techniques.
•2+ years' experience working in the financial services industry.
•Experience in writing SQL or using a query tool against a database.
•Must be able to read and create Data Models and Process Models without having access to the data or related information. Experience in modeling & designing of Data Warehouse & other Analytical Databases using both Relational and Dimensional Modeling Technique.
•Experience with Erwin or related Data Modeling Tool. Experience with Process Modeling. •Experience in several ID Management Strategies utilized in Analytical Environments. Combination of Experience & Knowledge of working with different technical environments such as Open Systems and Mainframe. Combination of Experience & Knowledge of working with different File Management Systems for Batch Processing.
•Combination of Experience & Knowledge of working with different Database Management Systems and their vendors for Batch Processing.
•Must be self-motivated, well organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills. Ability to interface effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units.
•Experience in documenting transformation rules using algorithms and without using any SQL or Programming Language Jargon. Knowledge of various Messaging techniques such as MQ and XML -Experience with ACCESS, VISIO, excel and word.
•Preferred: Experience in modeling and designing data warehouse or data mart or analytical database. Demonstrated knowledge of current and emerging technologies and trends in data warehousing.
