Project Coordinator to support the COPDR project that is currently in flight.  Steven Brown is the mgr.

Leads all aspects of a general information technology project or multiple, small-scale IT projects, including project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, communication and cost.  Applies project management and systems development lifecycle process to small information technology projects from the original concept through the final implementation as well as ensures that the projects are aligned with Nationwide standards and IT strategies.  Coordinates the activities of the project team.

A Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting Program/ Project Managers in ensuring the success of IT projects within IT service areas, business solution areas (BSA), etc. 

Provides project management coordination, support, and assistance to project manager or director in all aspects of very complex projects or programs.   Has knowledge of project management methodology, tools and templates and is able to create and maintain the work products with guidance.  Assists with communications, follow-up on issues and actions, and can lead meetings in the project managers absence.   Under direct supervision, is able to prepare status reports, management reporting, and presentations for executives.

Undergraduate studies in business, management information systems, computer science or related field.  BA or equivalent is preferred

Ensures alignment with Enterprise Architecture policies, best practices, and methodologies   
Supports efforts to define the conceptual architecture

Provide estimates for components assigned and particpate in other estimation sessions.

Accountabilities

·         Will be responsible for effective implementation of Salesforce.com (SFDC) and its utilization for the global sales, marketing, and customer service organizations.

·         Partnering with systems integrator resources in designing SFDC solutions, enhancements, reports/dashboards, and programs to increase user adoption, accuracy, user productivity & effectiveness, streamline workflow, and help advance Commercial initiatives.

§  Accountable for translating business processes into SFDC based solutions by partnering with SBS teams/Consulting partners, preparing system requirements, ensuring configurations, customizations in SFDC  match business unit requirements, providing SFDC application solutions and facilitating communication with country CRM staff.

·         This position will require high-energy, proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to optimize SFDC to improve sales team productivity and efficiency. In addition, the role will work closely with the business teams to provide better decision support (reports/dashboards), and improve data quality.

Responsibilities:

§  Play active role in prioritization of user stories; grooming the backlog; stakeholder management

§ Serve as Subject Matter Expert for end-user community. Provide CRM expertise to sales & marketing teams to streamline, automate, and standardize core business processes on SFDC platform

§  Responsibilities include design business process, partnering on configuration, customization, user provisioning, data migration, and report/dashboard design

§  Improve and maintain data quality in SFDC system

§  Participate in project activities including QA, move to production etc

§  Actively Participate in cross-functional teams to integrate back office data in SFDC, and to address strategic business issues involving Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and sales operations

§  Setup and manage CRM change management process, governance, and prioritization of business needs

§  Develop and document requirements, and approach aligned to business needs.

§  Ability to blend technical, operational, sales and marketing requirements into well run CRM system

Qualifications:

§  Minimum 5 years experience in implementing configuring, customizing Salesforce.com instance (minimum 200 users); Must be well versed in Enterprise Edition or above

§  Formal Salesforce.com training; SFDC certified

§  Bachelor's degree

§  Excellent organizational and follow through skills are required
