Top Skills You Should Possess:

• Experience in advertising, direct mail and/or email campaigns in different vertical markets
• Excellent communication skills; ability to interact with external clients
• Expertise with Business Requirement Documents and Use Cases
• Strong dashboards experience (i.e. Tableau, Cognos), market segmentation, targets etc.
• Experience working in an Agile environment

Requirements:

·         Industry expertise: marketing, advertising, direct mail or email campaigns, having worked within multi-verticals

·         Hands-on approach, and experienced in working with external clients

·         Comfortable within a fast pace / marketing environment

·         Translate customer business requirements to identify Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and how these map to the objectives for the business

·         Experienced in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements

·         Assist clients in turning requirements into technical designs and product configurations

·         Understand technical configurations and technical scope

·         Able to work in operational environments as well as with senior executives within client businesses

·         Able to connect the impact of effective marketing campaigns to KPI improvements

·         Ability to facilitate Discovery workshops with clients to drive requirements gathering

·         Ability to review and assist with test plans / use cases and facilitates user acceptance testing

·         Very strong stakeholder management capability

·         Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, both internal and external

·         Ability to Facilitate and chair key meetings and workshops with senior stakeholders

Skills & Technical abilities:

·           Able to translate technical information to internal / external business stakeholders

·           Skilled in gathering functional requirements and fluent in writing documentation: Scoping / BRD / FRD / SRS, and able to interpret technical design documents

·           Experienced with Agile development methodology / Scrum

·           Able to wear multiple hats, e.g. review test cases, review technical documentation,  business translation, project management, reporting

·           Process mapping / design and management methodologies

·           Process analysis, modeling & transformation

·           Digital delivery

·           Experienced in Data Analytics
